If you have a family pet, your child might love to make a photo book all about that pet. Taking pictures of that pet throughout its day can create an ideal story photo book that can be a wonderful memory of that pet in later years. Of course, you could also snap pictures of your child throughout his or her day to accomplish a similar goal.
Story Time:
Another way to make photo books a great craft project for your child is to have the child make up their own fictional story. Coming up with characters and settings can be fun for them, as can finding objects around the house to represent those characters and settings.
Once you snap some pictures of each scene that your child sets, sit down with them at the computer. Come up with captions for each story scene together. Then, you'll have a fun story book that you and your child can reminisce about 10 or 20 years from now.
